The Seven Districts
The Imperial District is home to West City's soldier families. Citizens here are born and bred to serve West City and the Papillon Empire as part of their military force. Located on hills with some forested area. Perfectly located flatland in the centre used for training.
The Western District is a maze of factories where the majority of products are produced. Much like the Imperial Citizens, they are born to work for West City, however unlike thee Imperial Citizens, they are very poorly treated and prone to rebellion as a result.
Golden Hills is home to the wealthiest and most influential figures in the Papillon Constellation Empire and West City. They hold the majority of the positions of power and tend to be politicians, CEOs and judges.
The Southern District is known for its masonry and artisan work. However, it is also known for it's festivals and celebrations.
Central, like the name suggests, is the heart of West City where all the operations are run. It truly reflects the 'City' part of West City, with it's skyscrapers and busy citizens rushing to and fro to work.
The Eastern District is primarily known for fishing and textiles, as well as it's many farms. They supply the majority of West City's food. There are rumours that they are having issues with 'mutants' as of late...
Wonderland is not technically a part of West City, running by it's own rules and governing system (if you can call it that). It is an almost lawless place, where the strongest thrive. It is ridden with poverty and crime. Despite this, there are strong ties to family and duty among these people.
